The 16th Miracle of Christmas

I visited an old friend in the hospital tonight. She has had neck problems for years and has, over time, lost movement in her hands and feet because of deginerative bone loss and a pinched nerve. After surgery yesterday to replace the disk in her neck with a new disk (made of human bone) she already has more feeling and movement in her hands and feet than she's had in years. I can think of no better miracle for this day than to be grateful for the miracle of modern medicine coupled with the miracle of Priesthood power used to bless my friend's life. What a wonderful time we live in and how blessed we are to be on this earth now.
